**Communication & Marketing Manager (f/m/x)**:

**What you can expect**:

- Supporting our portfolio companies with their PR, Marketing and Growth Hacking activities
- Coordinating ongoing communication on our homepage, social media, our blog and other activities
- Positioning our brand by targeted marketing and event planning
- Driving our team activities, employer branding and internship program
- Managing our Back-Office tasks around HR, IT, and office management

***What you bring to the table**:

- Proactive, structured, and independent way of working, team-skills, flexibility and good communication and organizational skills
- Previous experience in Marketing, PR/Communication and/or Back-Office Management
- Finished studies at a university or college, preferably studies related to Marketing, PR, or business studies
- Excellent command of English (German or CEE language is an advantage)
