- M&A activities and/or divestments
- Crisis related ad-hoc tasks
- Structural cost reduction projects
- Finance counterpart for business development initiatives
Further, the second overall aim of the division is to
- **develop young professionals **in Finance, and
- **place talents **adequately
- **in the Finance organization **.**What you can expect**:
- Contribute to projects of strategic importance with focus on M&A, divestments, cost reduction from Finance perspective; assure holistic view on high-quality level (company valuation, RWA and capital impact, business case analysis, P&L and tax view, etc.)
- Manage selected Finance projects or project streams in time, scope, and budget;
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders and/or external partners
- Challenge business development initiatives and ideas
**What you bring to the table**:
- Degree in business administration/economics or similar (e.g. Banking, Finance, etc.)
- Working experience of 5-10 years, preferably in banking or consulting
- Strong financial/analytical background and experience; used to work in project set-ups
- Structured, solution and result oriented working style
- Very good command in English
