**Do you enjoy marketing which crosses the borders? International Retail Marketing Team within The Group Marketing Division is looking for a Marketing Manager who would enjoy the challenge of marketing financial services in international set up. If you enjoy diverse environment, you will enjoy unifying our brand across all the countries. Join us and be a part of the team responsible for delivering the new marketing communication platform across the network and work closely with all countries where banking retail services are present. The role reports to B-2.

**Your role at RBI**:

- You will learn to understand 12 different markets and work with senior management of network banks
- You will work closely with different stakeholders within the RBI group
- You will shape and help deliver the brand implementation across the network
- You will actively cooperate on driving customer acquisition across the network
- You will manage group marketing campaigns from business requirements stage, creative briefs, media briefs, stakeholder management to campaign evaluation
- You will be a team player with great stakeholder managements skills, great presentation and influencing skills

***Your core competencies**:

- University qualification (business management or comparable studies), preferably with a specialization in the field of marketing
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing role and proven track of campaign management and brand management
- Strong business results drive
- Project management skills (at least 3 years)
- Knowledge of branding, media, digital marketing, market research, creative production including TV ads
- Proven track record of roles in marketing, influencing and communication skills
- Interested in financial products and markets, previous experience is welcome
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
