**Our business**

**Your role**:

- Accountable and responsible for complex purchases to achieve added value outcomes in procurement and supply
- Follow good practice in sourcing activities and negotiate to achieve competitive prices for purchased goods and services including the use of open book costing
- Leading cross functional / international project teams and participate in cross functional, group wide projects
- Analyze the competitive forces and trends that influence markets that the organization, its suppliers and customers operate in and drive meaningful conclusions for own category / subcategory
- Drive identification and analysis of strategic optimization levers, support discussion of levers with key stakeholders (beneficiaries) and drive decision making
- Support the development and ensure implementation of a functional strategy for the category
- Manage contracts within the category including enforcement, leakage identification and claim resolutions
- Manage suppliers and contractors within category (evaluation, portfolio management, development, etc.)
- Involve and support all management and support processes for corporate procurement, e.g. implementing procurement strategy, procurement governance, controlling
- Identify and implement opportunities to make use of methodologies for supplier development (knowledge and technology transfer, collaborative product/service development, continuous improvement reviews, supplier capability assessments)

**Your profile**:

- Master's Degree in Business Administration or Economics
- Minimum of 7 years relevant working experience ideally for Procurement of Communication, Travel & HR Services
- Functional procurement knowledge especially in Category optimization (e.g.: Market analysis, Optimization levers, Cost analysis)
- Knowledge of the markets for the specified category services
- Knowledge of state-of-the-art transactional procurement procedures (tenders, negotiations, contracting, purchase to pay)
- Relevant functional understanding and experience of the key supply markets are an advantage
- Experience in managing cross-functional intercultural teams without having (direct) reporting line relationship
- Excellent English skills, German and/or Romanian are an advantage
- Willingness to travel
