Ihre Aufgaben

Als Teil unseres Procurement-Teams kümmern Sie sich um das Material
- und Lieferantenmanagement für unser zentrales Warenlager und unterstützen den gesamten dezentralen Einkaufsprozess für unsere internationalen Forschungsgruppen, wissenschaftlichen Serviceeinrichtungen sowie die Administration.
- Sicherstellung der Materialversorgung in unserem zentralen Warenlager in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg:innen, internen Fachbereichen und Lieferanten
- Unterstützung bei der Abwicklung logistikbezogener Aufgaben und Projekte auf dem Campus
- Beratung interner Fachbereiche in Transport
- und Zollfragen
- Prüfung von Angeboten und Dokumentation von Beschaffungen
- Ansprechperson für alle ISTA-Organisationseinheiten als Unterstützung zur Abwicklung von Beschaffungsvorgängen
- Stellvertretung für Organisation der jährlichen Inventur
- Abwicklung von allgemeinen Themen des Einkaufs sowie Unterstützung in SAP-Projekten

Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene betriebswirtschaftliche/logistische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Einkauf und/oder Betriebslogistik (zB Materialwirtschaft, Disposition, Teileversorgung)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse eines Warenwirtschaftssystems, SAP MM/WM Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Englisch
- sowie Deutschkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift (Institutssprache Englisch)
- Freude an der Arbeit im Team und hohe Serviceorientierung
- Professionelle und lösungsorientierte Kommunikation sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
