**About Us**

We are a young and motivated team of 50+ people, working to revolutionize the world of airsoft sports from the middle of Vienna. Novritsch is developing outstanding products, working with manufacturers and suppliers worldwide, selling to over 80 countries, and operating internationally. We move fast and we only do stuff that matters. #nobusywork.

We are looking for someone who likes photography and videography to support our content creation team in the studio and in the field.

You should know how to work with a proper camera (e.g. Sony a6000 is enough) and know all the basics already. Being a social media beast would be cool. Having a connection to digital marketing and e-commerce is even better.

**What are your tasks?**
- Camera work, taking product pictures.
- Studio preparation for shootings.
- Stop-motion projects.
- Editing - e.g. Adobe PS, LR, etc.
- Supporting our creators.
- Managing yourself ;)...and more depending on your skillset.

**Required skills**:

- Photography skills. You know how to take a decent picture.
- Editing skills. You know how to edit a decent picture or a video.
- Fluent English.
- Structured work.
- Ability to work independently (because we don't micromanage).

**Optional skills**:

- Adobe Ps, Pr, Ae, Lr, Ai, Id.
- Interest in Airsoft and firearms.
