Deine Rolle bei uns im Team
  • Unterstützung beim Verfassen von Artikeln und Beiträgen für den Social-Media Auftritt des Bereichs
  • Mithilfe bei der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der abteilungseigenen Homepage
  • Mithilfe beim Korrekturlesen von Drucktexten
  • Mitverfassen und Übersetzung von Positionspapieren
  • Unterstützung des RBI EU Liaison Office in Brüssel (zB Mitverfolgen von spezifischen Ausschüssen im Europäischen Parlament und diversen Rats- und Kommissionsitzungen)
  • Mitarbeit bei der Vorbereitung und Abwicklung von Veranstaltungen
  • Unterstützung bei täglicher telefonischer und digitaler Korrespondenz in Deutsch und in Englisch
    Mithilfe bei der Postabfertigung und Ablage
Du bist bei uns richtig, wenn ...
  • Du aktive/r Student*in an einer Universität oder Fachhochschule in den Bereichen der Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaft oder Politik bist
  • Du über ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse verfügst
  • Du sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse mitbringst (Kenntnisse in Word, Excel, Access und Internet werden vorausgesetzt)
  • Du sehr gut im Umgang mit Social Media bist und du entsprechende Einträge verfassen kannst
    Du bereits erste Erfahrungen sammeln konntest
