Influencer Marketing Manager

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**:
We’re looking for a smart and ambitious fast-learner to join our team in Vienna as an Influencer Marketing Manager, helping to scale influencers into a core customer acquisition channel for Journi.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
Context
- Influencer marketing has been growing in efficacy and importance for us as a user acquisition channel, and we need help to grow it further
- Join our team of 4 influencer marketing managers to help ensure growth while keeping customer acquisition costs at a healthy, sustainable level.
- Work full-time (38.5 h/w) within a passionate, motivated and super international team with English as the working language.

Influencer Marketing at Journi
- Develop a deep understanding of our customers and their needs and interests, and transform this knowledge into powerful influencer partnerships that generate purchases and a strong ROI
- Research, approach, and close new partnerships, and manage existing ones, in order to reach monthly budget goals for new user revenue at a defined level of ROI.
- Constantly improve the performance of the influencer pool by providing them with critical, constructive feedback, and by replacing the under-performing influencers.

Reporting & Ownership
- Take responsibility for reaching Customer Acquisition revenue goals for your market(s) together with your team and manage your 4- to 5-digit monthly budget (depending on seasonality).
- Own your KPIs and report these to the Influencer Marketing Lead, seeking explanations and trends for strong and weak performance and make suggestions for improvements accordingly.

**YOUR BAG OF TRICKS**:

- Fluent English (other European languages a bonus) and excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- A track record of organisational skills, meeting deadlines, and thinking outside the box
- Familiarity and (ideally) experience with influencer marketing
- An understanding of key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, etc.
- Comfort with budget goals and responsibilities
- You are:

- able to work efficiently, prioritise workloads, and meet critical deadlines

**NICE TO HAVE (BUT NOT REQUIRED)**:

- Experience of working in influencer marketing
- Experience in an e-commerce or startup environment
- Experience of other paid acquisition channels for apps or websites
- Proficiency in Italian, Dutch, Polish, or Scandinavian languages are a plus
