**Your Tasks**:

- ** Assess Agile Maturity**: Identify the true state of agility within our partners and define smart next steps.
- ** Unleash Transformations**: Don’t just teach agile principles—bring them to life and make change part of the DNA.
- ** Optimize Value Streams**: Collaborate with Value Stream Managers to expose dependencies, enhance processes, and boost efficiency.
- ** Eliminate Bottlenecks**: Identify everything that disrupts flow and remove it with creative solutions.
- ** Revolutionize Workshops & Meetings**: No monologues—just interaction, energy, and real results.
- ** Spot Inefficiencies & Rethink Approaches**: Challenge processes, experiment, and continuously refine the agile toolbox.
- ** Maximize Team Flow**: Identify dysfunctions, facilitate bold conversations, and drive long-term improvements through team and individual coaching.
- ** Share Knowledge & Inspire**: Live thought leadership, take the stage, deliver talks, and engage audiences.
- ** Agile Business Development**: Spot opportunities, create value, and proactively explore new possibilities.

**Your Qualifications**:

- ** Hands-on Experience**: Several years as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Transformation Coach with deep expertise in enterprise agility.
- ** Thought Leadership**: Passion for continuously developing and sharing knowledge.
- ** Communication Expert**: Clear, empathetic, and persuasive—in German and English, across all levels and contexts.
- ** Agility is in Your DNA**: Passion for software development, team dynamics, and true collaboration.
- ** Scaling Expertise**: Experience with distributed teams and agile frameworks at an enterprise level.
- ** Methodology Virtuoso**: Extensive knowledge to guide teams through challenging situations, introduce creative new approaches, and lead complex change processes.
- ** Business Development Skills**: An agile mindset and an eye for new business opportunities—you see chances before others do.
