Events Manager

Semantic Web Company, doing business as Graphwise, are looking for an Events Manager to join our passionate international team. **About the Role**:
As an Events Manager, you will lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of key Graphwise events - including industry trade shows, virtual events, webinars, and our annual summit.

You’ll be responsible for delivering high-impact, high-ROI events that generate leads, engage customers, and reinforce our market leadership. You will work cross-functionally with teams across marketing, sales, product, and customer success to ensure seamless execution and alignment with go-to-market goals.

**Your Main Responsibilities**:

- Own the full event lifecycle from concept logistics post-event analysis
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all event touchpoints
- Partner with sales to align event goals with pipeline targets and GTM plans
- Identify and evaluate industry tradeshows based on ICP and market focus
- Work with team to promote event attendance and attract booth meetings
- Track lead capture, attribution, and ROI to inform future investments
- Lead strategy and execution of webinars and virtual programs (live and on-demand)
- Lead planning and execution of our annual summit (virtual)
- Proficiency with event and webinar platforms (GoToWebinar, Zuddl)
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Experience managing event budgets, run-of-show documents, project management tools (Jira preferred) and reporting dashboards
- Strong understanding of event lifecycle, lead capture, and post-event nurture workflows
- 3+ years of experience managing events in a B2B or SaaS environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple events and timelines simultaneously
- Strong communication, vendor negotiation, and stakeholder alignment skills
