**What you will enjoy doing**:
We, as the ALPLA Academy, take care of one of the most important areas at ALPLA: employees and their development. You contribute by being responsible for concepts for learning & training topics for which we need a common global standard or framework, being the contact person for our regions from the USA to China, keeping an eye on processes and evaluating and further developing the measures.
- You are responsible for a team of four that takes care of our global Learning Management Systems (LMS), the development and organization of digital to hybrid international learning concepts and eLearning at ALPLA
- You have design options when developing new programs and processes, work closely with the global HR departments and the specialist departments at our headquarters
- You are responsible for the global ALPLA Academy training portfolio and are constantly developing it to meet the growing technological and company-wide requirements
- You are also involved in strategic and cross-departmental projects in the company and act as a competent consultant on global learning concepts and change projects for successful implementation
- You are also the deputy for the Head of ALPLA Academy

- You have a higher education in the areas of human resources, learning management, personnel development or a comparable orientation
- You have already gained several years of professional experience in an international environment in the field of personnel development and also have experience as a manager
- You use creative leeway, are strong in implementation and empathetic, can get people excited about you and your projects, and have an innovative and analytical way of thinking
- You focus on the needs of the company and our internal customers and you know how to use the different strengths of the team
- Are you pragmatic and hands-on about this? Then you are a perfect match for us
- Since you will be dealing with a wide variety of hierarchies and cultures, you should have a very good command of German and English - both verbally and in writing
