**Your Team**

This team drives strategic customer lifecycle initiatives for our B2B clients, focusing on long-term value creation through data-driven engagement and tailored solutions. It leads cross-functional efforts to simplify legacy products and customer structures, ensuring efficient migrations, improved customer experience, and business growth.
- Drive long-term value for B2B clients by developing data-driven engagement strategies and tailored customer lifecycle initiatives
- Lead the design and execution of our simplification program, focusing on legacy product and customer base optimization in line with strategic business goals
- Analyze customer and product data to identify rationalization opportunities, and co-develop segmentation models to guide migration and simplification efforts
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration, oversee communication and campaign execution, and ensure governance, KPI tracking, and risk management for all migration activities
- Are you familiar with fixed telco products and confident in using data to shape customer strategies and migration plans?
- You have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills?
- Do you have hands-on experience managing complex platform migrations and driving cross-functional projects to success?
- You are a great communicator in german and english and want to get things done?
