- Group Corporate Business Strategy and Steering is responsible for the development of the Corporate Business in RBI Group. Amongst other tasks we care about the holistic financial planning for our Business line within RBIs overall framework. This includes the optimization of the overall Return on Capital via allocation to the single units and an ongoing review of the results. Your overarching task will be to drive the financial steering of RBI Group’s Business with Corporate Customers.**What you can expect**:

- You represent the Group Corporate Business in the Group Asset Liability Committee to ensure right steering incentives and practical implementation of decisions. This includes the functional contribution to working groups, preparing and updating e.g., new transfer pricing methodologies and related controlling methods
- You ensure an effective capital allocation among NWBs focusing on risk, return and strategic considerations
- You identify balance sheet optimizations levers and support execution
- You orchestrate the financial planning process for the Corporate Business Line. This includes setting of financial targets with NWB Corporate Board Members
- You develop and coordinate countermeasures in case of capital and/or liquidity constraints
- Being imbedded in a team of Corporate Business Experts in Vienna, your main counterparties will be the Corporate Leadership Teams in RBI AT and the NWBs (both Corporate Board Members and B-1s) as well as expert and management counterparts in steering units in RBI AT, incl. RBI Finance, RBI Treasury and Risk Management

**What you bring to the table**:

- You have at least 5 years of experience in Steering functions for a Banking Business Line, preferably in Corporate Banking with an international dimension
- Regulatorily required liquidity ratios, its components and mechanism are well known to you
- You have thorough understanding and expertise regarding Capital Management, Liquidity Management and ALM/ Funds Transfer Pricing
- Communication and presentation skills required for Top Management/C-Level negotiations/presentations
- Skilled at managing interpersonal relationships, including teams, as well as internal stakeholders
