**Sales Steering Manager Capital Markets Corporate & Retail Sales (f/m/x)**:
Group Capital Markets oversees the trading, sales and origination of capital market products (foreign exchange, money market, interest rate derivatives, fixed income, etc.) across all network banks (NWUs) within RBI Group, serving our retail, corporate, and institutional clients.
Join our Capital Markets division and tribe as a Sales Steering Manager within our Capital Markets Sales Department. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience across all our FX sales channels groupwide, while also actively contributing to the implementation and steering of the Group FX strategy.
**Your mission at RBI**:

-- Lead and/or coordinate various strategic initiatives, particularly in the areas of foreign currency payments, data management, and sales tools, to support the group-wide FX strategy implementation
- Drive and monitor both digital initiatives across group and local levels aimed at improving customer experience
- Contribute to optimization and enhancement of data accessibility and quality within the RBI Capital Markets
- Facilitate alignment with senior management across RBI Group and oversee communication processes related to your initiatives
- Ensure regular and effective steering of strategic group initiatives, and high-priority local projects, as well as monitoring of KPIs and OKRs in collaboration with the NWUs
- Contribute to monthly group Capital Markets community calls and other community meetings, including the annual Capital Markets sales summitAddress and align ad hoc requests from senior management of RBI Capital Markets

-- Successfully completed studies in Economics, Business Administration, IT or a related field
- Understanding of customer needs in the financial industry
- Knowledge of Capital Markets
- Awareness of digital trends impacting the financial industry
- Experience in leading projects; familiarity with agile settings is a plus
- Ability to adapt quickly to change
- Effective collaboration and team orientation skills, combined with sound communication and analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency in English (German and CEE languages are a plus)Skilled in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
