**Deine künftigen Tätigkeitsfelder**:

- Entwickeln, Erarbeiten und Vorantreiben der Strategie der Allianz Österreich
- Mitarbeit und Leitung diverser Themen und Projekte zum Beispiel rund um die strategische Weiterentwicklung
- Eigenständiges Arbeiten mit End-to-End Verantwortung: Entwicklung von Ideen, Planung der Umsetzung bis hin zu Kommunikation und Nachhalten bzw. Erfolgsmessung
- Zusammenarbeit und Schnittstelle zu anderen Bereichen insbesondere Versicherungstechnik, Market Management und Kommunikationsabteilung
- Roll Out der Projekte im dezentralen Vertrieb bei Agenturpartner:innen und Berater:innen
- Ergebnisverantwortung inklusive Präsentation der Ergebnisse in Richtung Management

**Anforderungen, die du für deine neue Karriere brauchst**:

- Vorzugsweise abgeschlossenes Studium (Wirtschaft / IT / Sales) sowie erste Berufserfahrung in der Versicherungswirtschaft oder Unternehmensberatung
- Ausgeprägte Analysefähigkeit, Digital
- und Zahlenaffinität sowie Lösungsorientierung
- Skills bzw. Erfahrung im dem Bereich Projektmanagement
- Einhalten von Deadlines und Managen der Aufgaben mit souveräner Leichtigkeit
- Rhetorisches Talent mit Kommunikationsstärke für zielgruppenspezifische Aufgaben sowohl in Deutsch und Englisch
- Eigenständigkeit und Bereitschaft, die Extra-Meile in arbeitsintensiven Phasen zu gehen
- Hands-on-Mentalität, schnelles Vorantreiben und Umsetzen von Themen
- Growth Mindset für die Übernahme neuer Tätigkeiten und Projekte mit Freude und Neugier
- Loyalität und Diskretion
