Tasks
- Support our capital markets team in all tasks related to sales, distribution and lead management with a focus on the DACH-region
- Provide holistic customer service (create tailored high-quality responses to client requests, assisting with all kinds of queries, e.g. DD requests, subscriptions or reporting)
- Manage our lead management efforts to expand our Direct Investments platform including sales and marketing campaigns as well as roadshows
- Support on various investor-related administrative, distribution, regulatory, legal, tax and compliance matters along the client and investment life cycle

**Requirements**:

- Ideally relevant experience (min. 3 years), preferably in private and/or global investment banking or sales of financial products
- Strong analytical skills and excellent knowledge of MS 365 (PowerPlatform, SharePoint, Office)
- Fluent in German and English; German as native language preferred
- Solid interpersonal & communication skills with institutional and professional investors
- Bring positive energy & a hands-on can-do mentality to the team, be entrepreneurial-minded and take a practical approach
- Self-starter who feels comfortable to work with low supervision in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual team (spread across the globe)
