**Your Profile**:

- Completed studies in Business Administration or comparable commercial background
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a corporate structure, bank or similar, ideally related to bank financing and / or capital markets
- Excellent understanding and analyzing of financial data (business plans, financial statements, etc.)
- Proficient in English and German
- Well-versed in MS-Office
- Independent and assertive team player with professional appearance

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Analysis of LMA-based mortgage loan and security agreements with financing banks
- Monitoring and administration of credit portfolios including the calculation of financial covenants
- Contact person for financing banks and internal departments (Asset Management, Accounting, Controlling and Consolidation)
- Preparation of internal reports
- Active support of and participation in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements
- Active support of and participation in the routine budgeting and planning process

For this position we offer a market-compliant salary of EUR 3.500 gross per month. However, an overpay is possible according to qualification and experience.
