Als unabhängiges Startup mit der Unterstützung eines erfahrenen Branchenpioniers verbindet das Unternehmen agile, unternehmerische Strukturen mit jahrzehntelanger Marktexpertise und entwickelt eine komplett neue, hochmoderne iGaming-Plattform von Grund auf (Greenfield-Ansatz).
In dieser dynamischen Wachstumsphase sucht unser Kunde eine technische Führungskraft - Director of Technology (m/w/d), die die Architektur des neuen Produkts gestaltet, eng mit den externen Partnern zusammenarbeitet und den Aufbau eines internen Entwicklerteams verantwortet. Die Position bietet eine einzigartige Gelegenheit, ein zukunftsweisendes Produkt von Grund auf mitzugestalten mit der Option eine langfristige C-Level Führungsrolle zu übernehmen.
Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für die technische Strategie, die Gesamtarchitektur und die Qualitätssicherung aller technischen Lösungen.
- Fachliche Anleitung des Entwicklerteams, Förderung von Best Practices und Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder.
- Gestaltung und Optimierung der Softwarearchitektur, einschließlich Microservices, Multi-Channel-Plattformen und Datenbanklösungen.
- Enge Abstimmung mit internen Stakeholdern und externer Beratungsfirma, um technische und geschäftliche Ziele zu verbinden.
- Sicherstellung von Performance, Skalierbarkeit und Code-Qualität durch Implementierung von CI/CD-Pipelines und Automatisierungsprozessen.
- Mitarbeit in der Entwicklung (Frontend/Backend) bei Bedarf.
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Entwicklungsprozesses in einem agilen Umfeld und Unterstützung der Product Owner bei der Priorisierung von Aufgaben.

Qualifikation
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Fullstack-Entwicklung mit modernen Technologien sowie erste Erfahrung in einer leitenden Rolle
- Frontend: Fundierte Kenntnisse in React und TypeScript.
- Backend: Erfahrung mit TypeScript und idealerweise Go.
- Datenbanken: Expertise in der Optimierung relationaler Datenbanken, vorzugsweise PostgreSQL.
- Cloud: Erfahrung mit AWS und Infrastructure as Code (z. B. CDK oder Terraform).
- CI/CD: Kompetenz in der Automatisierung, z. B. mit GitHub Actions.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Moderationsfähigkeiten, um als Sparringspartner und Führungskraft zu überzeugen.
- Entscheidungsfreudigkeit, Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, auch unter Druck klar zu priorisieren.
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
