Unser Team von professionellen Dienstleistern sucht eine Dame oder einen Herrn als:
**Director of Engineering**

**In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position sind Sie für den makellosen Zustand des Hotels und der Sicherheitseinrichtungen verantwortlich. Sie führen die Engineering-, sowie Loss Prevention Abteilung selbstständig und berichten in Ihrer Funktion direkt an unseren General Manager und an den Area Director of Engineering.**

**Sie bringen Ihre Expertise ein und sind sowohl für die Entwicklung und Überwachung der Strategie für die technischen Systeme des Hauses und der technischen Abteilung, sowie für die Erstellung und Einhaltung des Engineering Budgets verantwortlich.**

**Als Teil unseres Guidance Teams sind Sie die direkte Ansprechperson für interne sowie externe Anliegen (Fremdfirmen, Serviceverträge etc.).**

**Als Director of Engineering sorgen Sie zusammen mit Ihrem Team für einen optimalen Ablauf in Ihrer Abteilung. Sie planen Personaleinsatz in Ihrem Team und sind zuständig für die Festlegung von Leistungs
- und Entwicklungszielen für unsere Ladies und Gentlemen im Engineering Department.**

**Das wünschen wir uns von Ihnen**:

- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Engineering, Hotellerie Erfahrung vorteilhaft
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik und als Brandschutzwart von Vorteil
- Fließende Deutsch
- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ein sehr gutes allgemeines technisches Verständnis
- Hohe Teamfähigkeit und Erfahrung als Führungsposition
- Strategisches, analytisches Denkvermögen
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit in Peak Zeiten
