Terra Mater Factual Studios are a full-blown production unit specializing in premium factual programming for TV, multimedia platforms and theatrical release. Our core genres are nature, wildlife, conservation and science presented in blue-chip primetime series and specials. We bring together a wide array of genres to create exciting new factual and entertainment formats. We are inspired by nature, caring for nature and committed to drive change frame by frame - because we truly believe that #terramatters. This position is for now limited to one year, with the possibility of being extended.

- SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY & PUBLISHING

You are responsible for developing a social media strategy for our company and for managing our current Social Media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn). Furthermore, you create, schedule and publish content across our Social Media channels ensuring alignment with the broader marketing, campaigns, editorial plans and our YouTube channel.
- ASSET PRODUCTION & PERFORMANCE

You produce, reformat, and optimizie digital assets (images, gifs, video) using relevant audio/video hardware, native social platform tools and relevant multimedia editing software. Along their way you monitor the performance of all content and deliver regular reporting and analysis.
- CREATION OF CAMPAIGNS

You use platform knowledge to create campaigns that appeal equally to B2C (make our community grow and inspire it to engage with our videos, films & podcast) or B2B (activate members of the media-industry (and even beyond) to get interested in our products, to support and/or to acquire them).
- COMMUNICATION

You will be in constant contact with all our production teams (Digital Team, Features and Special Project Team, Factual Entertainment and Format Development Team) and the Marketing & Communications Team.

EXPERIENCE**

- 3-5 years of Social Media experience with direct and hands-on experience executing Social Media channels for international brands or organizations
- Deep knowledge of Social Media, digital products, video consumption patterns, and Social Media platform algorithms
- Experience with paid ad campaigns (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) is a plus
- Team oriented, structured, and well-organized person with a passion for a good story
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Lightroom
- Basic knowledge in Adobe Premiere Pro & Adobe After Effects
- Experience with social platform tools such as Buffer
- Familiar with iOS, Microsoft Office & Trello
- Excellent verbal and written language skills in German and English
