**Requirements and Responsibilities**:

- You will be responsible the social media management of a premium global automotive brand, and part of a broader account team responsible for the client within LOOP.
- You’re highly passionate about automotive and/or premium brands in the social space.
- You have your finger on the pulse of social media and digital trends and can quickly react to them.
- Excellent brand understanding combined with a passion about digital, in order to provide strategic input and achieve exceptional, innovative results that meet the business goals of the client.
- You have experience in implementing and managing global social media strategies and best practice in order to drive growth and performance amongst a significant community of automotive fans.
- You have strong expertise in working with multiple social media tools at the same time and feel comfortable implementing them in your daily work.
- A strong understanding of social media reporting and able to conclude insights and recommendations from the performance of a brand’s social media channels.
- You have expert project management skills, can managed detailed workflows and collaborate with various teams at LOOP to create social media campaigns and content.
- Editorial planning and content production for global social media channels and campaigns, in conjunction with an editor.
- You are able to identify exactly what the target audience needs to be activated and engaged with regards to content and conversation.
- You are comfortable with managing and engaging communities with several million fans.
- Experience working with paid social media would be a benefit.
- Experience in day-to-day client management, including weekly status meetings, presenting plans and ideas, and discussing strategic recommendations with clients,
- A strong and proactive communicator, who can act as a connector amongst all internal and external stakeholders and as a key point of contact for both the client and the internal team.
- Love to work collaboratively and on eye-level with an international client and within an international team.
- Ability to flourish in a hands-on culture and ready to take full ownership for assigned clients and projects.
- Solutions oriented and flexible self-starter who can quickly manage priorities and feels comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 3-5 years digital agency and/or brand management experience for an automotive or global premium brand.
- Fluent English is required.
