  • Bring solid experience in social media and communications — from Instagram to television
  • Have strong content creation skills across text, audio, photo, and video formats
  • Possess an excellent understanding of youth culture, lifestyle trends, adventure sports, and visual storytelling
  • Have proven expertise in photo and sports media
  • Offer relevant experience in online marketing and digital campaign execution
  • Are an expert across all major social media platforms — from YouTube and Instagram to TikTok and emerging channels
  • Love diving into data to analyze media performance and optimize content strategies
  • Are fluent in spoken and written English (German is a plus)
  • Enjoy leading and inspiring a team

AND WILL ...

  • Lead, manage, and monitor social media channels for key projects
  • Develop content strategies, concepts, and communication plans for action sports, photography, and lifestyle initiatives — including projects like Red Bull XAlps, The Illume, and COOPH
  • Identify and establish social media collaborations with photographers, athletes, influencers, and lifestyle brands within the adventure, imaging, lifestyle and food&beverage industries
  • Manage international media relations, with a focus on communications for adventure-focused events
  • Define, track, and deliver on both quantitative and qualitative KPIs
  • Stay on top of the latest trends and innovations in social and digital media
