Your territory

**As part of our Marketing team, you will**:

- Be our voice on social media channels and develop innovative multimedia/social content
- Be responsible for the content, planning and execution of social media campaigns on our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram)
- Understand and exploit the bridge between content and technology to increase channel performances
- Be responsible for growing our existent social media communities
- Work with different social media tools to do “Social at Scale”
- Interact with existing and soon-to-be Tractive customers and pet parents
- Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”.
- Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

- Minimum 3 years of experience managing social media strategy, channels and content for a (preferably consumer) product company
- Creative mindset with great understanding of how social media content works
- Being on top of the latest social media digital trends
- Great communication skills to facilitate internal and external communication with all stakeholders
- Great analytical skills for understanding social media performance and connecting the dots to increase that performance
- Affinity to community management and ability to quickly react to trends
- Experience in managing large-scale influencer marketing campaigns (strong plus)
- Very good English skills

**Just so you know what to expect**: For this position, we offer a competitive overpayment based on qualifications and experiences. The annual gross salary starts at € 40,000 on a full-time basis.
