**Your daily tasks will include**

️Strategizing, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns across Cloudflight socials - with a strong focus on LinkedIn

️Creation of social media posts and orchestrating effective paid advertising campaigns

️Collaborating with Sales Marketing teams to integrate social media initiatives into broader marketing campaigns, initiatives, and social selling strategies

️Analyzing data to derive insights and enhance social media performance

️Staying updated on social media trends, best practices, and algorithm changes

**The following will make you succeed in this role**

**️**You love bringing a brand to life and telling its story consistently

**️**Several years of experience in social media management, ideally in the B2B sector, with in-depth knowledge of strategy, content creation, and performance marketing

**️**Having a strategic mindset for mapping out initiatives and connecting them with the right people at the right time

**️**Being a great writer and having skills that will allow you to create high-quality content

**️**Being a collaborative team player who enjoys working in an international environment

**️**Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and German
