**Brief description of the primary purpose of this position**:
Provide enhanced data service support to customers according to assigned objectives, priorities and deadlines. Ensure successive steps to resolve problems and deviations in compliance with instructions and established procedures. Manage day-to-day issues, provide guidance and consultation to customers. Analyze various key facts, coordinate and leverage activities with other teams as liaison to ensure successful resolution. On-site Support (travel availability).

**Responsabilities**:

- Data Services ticket handling (ticketing tool and phone calls), identification, resolution and escalation of critical issues and deviations, consultation and carry out advisory to customers.
- NOTAM processing and evaluation, including restrictions building and proper data update.
- Navigation data base maintenance, validation, consistency checking and reporting.
- Flight planning consultation, benchmarking, inconsistency analyses and identification.
- On-Site support activities.

**Qualifications and skills required**:

- Flight Dispatcher license or equivalent certification/Airline Operations experience
- Minimum 3 years with FPM, or 5 years as a Dispatcher / Flight Operation Officer
- Advanced computer software skills and deep aviation knowledge
- Flight planning skills, Notams, deep understanding in AIPs, Aviation charting.
- Able to work as part of a global team.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills, cool tempered and with excellent analytical skills.
- Exquisite manners in dealing with customers.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities are required.
- English (proficient required)
- German or other additional languages (Not required-will be considered as an advantage)
- Experience in customer care or similar role will be an advantage
- Knowledge on SQL or any programming language will be an advantage
- Ability to work on rotating shifts and nights
- MS Office knowledge
- Availability to Travel (up to 20% of the working time)
