As our successful _DD_T Analyst _Paperless Solutions_ your primary objectives will be to support the global rollout of IT solutions for paperless transformation. You will support on business processes enablement and continuous improvement activities for cloud technologies and digital transformation, analyse business processes, identify, evaluate, develop, re/design, and validate systems to meet user requirements. You will be responsible to provide technical leadership in delivering and supporting solutions for complex business requirements. As our _DD_T Analyst _Paperless_ you will have the ability to work effectively and independently on tasks, as well as in collaboration with cross-functional teams and across international manufacturing sites. **How you will contribute**: - Own key tasks, demonstrate business knowledge, require moderate direction, handle problems, possess good knowledge of SDLC - Gather, understand and document business objectives, specifications and requirements on small/medium size projects - Communicate status, solutions and concerns. Disseminate information in a timely manner within the team and across functions or teams. Establish and maintain relationships within the business or function - Provide technical leadership in delivering and supporting solution for complex business requirements - Provide support to end users - Support of Kneat IT solution - Responsible for providing technical support and performing root cause analysis for problems experienced with their area of functional responsibility - Design, implement and support advanced and diverse technical solutions - Participate to the validation of computerized system **Minimum Requirements/Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field with experience in systems - Experience in system testing, validation, problem resolution, and training - Experience with business system and computer system validation - Communication skills (verbal/written/listening) - Experience with cloud system vendors and software as a service business models - Experience in Manufacturing Process and Pharmaceuticals industrial preferred **What Takeda can offer you**: At Takeda, we are transforming patient care through the development of novel specialty pharmaceuticals and best in class patient support programs.
