- Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI) Retail is currently looking for a business analyst who will support development of our mobile investment platform. Our new colleague will be part of a team that is consisted of finance and technology experts who thrive to create innovative solutions for our clients and the whole RBI group. In other words, an opportunity to work on Fintech solutions within a leading Banking group is presenting itself.
- The team is currently looking for a new colleague who can provide competent business and financial analysis support. If you are passionate about analytics, enjoy creating innovative solutions, extracting valuable insights from complex structures and perceive yourself as a team player who is driven by results and great ideas - then you may have just found your new challenge and we want to hear from you In this role you will report directly to the Head of Private Individuals Products division (B-1 level).**In this role you can expect to**:
- Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develops optimization strategies within the team tasked for developing mobile investment platform and other digital solutions
- Plan financial budget for the digital development initiative and provides controlling analysis of amounts spent, financial performance etc.
- Provide administrative support in managing key business processes like client journey development, client feedback evaluation and app development
- Support key decision makers in managing the team
- Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
**What are the “musts”?**
- At least 5 years of proven experience in financial services industry (e.g., banking, asset management, insurance )
- Understanding of and experience with conducting financial and business analysis
- Experience in digital solution development (e.g., in developing mobile apps or any type of software, taking part in client feedback evaluation)
- University degree in business or IT, any IIBA certification is appreciated
- Ability to work in/with MS Office is a must, count.ly or similar in-app analytics tools will be appreciated
- Results-driven team player with analytical skills
- English is a must, any additional CEE language is a plus
