Business Unit Lead for Business Analytics Solution

Business Analytics is a business-unit like solution part of all-in-one Dynatrace platform, which enables Dynatrace, customers and partners to implement analytics and automation use cases on top of Dynatrace observability, security and business data, aimed at business level audiences in driving modern BizDevSecOps approaches.
- ** Lead the business analytics solution** similar to a new emerging and fast-growing startup, building on the latest Dynatrace innovations, with the benefits of an established platform, large enterprise customer base and strong partner ecosystem.
- ** Accountable for meeting solution goals** and KPIs (e.g. ARR, Growth, Delivery)
- ** Owning definition and execution of the product and go-to-market strategy**, prioritize and report towards the goals and maximize overall business outcome and customer value.
- ** Lead with entrepreneurial mindset** growth to a multi-hundred-million solution area, in tight teamwork with the other solutions
- ** Staff your solution leadership team**:

- ** Represent the company** and the solution in Webinars, Shows, Conferences, Analyst Briefings etc.

**Qualifications**:

- **10+ years of experience in the software/technology industry** (SaaS), with 5+ years in a leadership function
- Strong understanding of **technology platforms**, ideally enterprise software, cloud, and SaaS solutions, with a focus on end-user and business analytics
- ** Entrepreneurial and growth mindset**, complemented with seasoned experience in working with global enterprise customers and B2B partnerships
- ** Lead by excellence**, not just manage, and execute successfully in an agile team setup.

- Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is 100.000 € gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a **higher salary** in line with qualifications and experience.
