**Senior Digital Business Intelligence Analyst - Vienna, Austria**

We’re seeking a Senior Analyst working in our Digital Business Analysis and Intelligence Team, based in Vienna, Austria. In this role, you will report directly into the Manager of Digital Business Analysis and Intelligence. Your role will encompass making direct impact to marketing initiatives by working collaboratively with other business units and regional/ global marketing and cross
- functional stake holders (product, risk, and operations)

**Role Responsibilities**
- Support the Austria-Germany Marketing team in analysing business trends using - PowerBI, Excel, Snowflake.
- Drive marketing and campaign analytics.
- Together with senior leadership shape how Western Union Digital is doing business and support corridor management.
- Perform and evaluate business decision impact analysis and customer trends.
- Assist in go-to-market potential calculations and related analyses and make recommendations.
- Identify and articulate improvement initiatives aligned with group and departmental goals and actively lead and/or participate in process improvement projects.
- Assist business planning process and collaborate with business partners to provide value-added analysis.

**Role Requirements**
- Solid experience in a relevant business analytics or consumer insights experience (Financial services, FMCG or Telecommunication industry)
- Detail-oriented, highly analytical, and data-driven approach.
- Proven discipline drive for results and ability to analyze variety of reports and pull action-oriented recommendations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Experience with Excel, PowerBI and other reporting tools.
- Experience with relational databases (SQL, Snowflake) in an advantage.
