We're now looking for a new colleague to become our Senior Business Intelligence Manager

Yokoy is an award-winning Swiss FinTech company that leverages Artificial Intelligence to fully automate spend management (expenses, supplier invoices, and corporate credit/debit cards) for midsize and large corporations globally. With over 100 employees and offices in Amsterdam, Zurich, Vienna, and Munich, Yokoy already operates globally and has big ambitions to expand within Europe and intercontinental.

Tasks

As Senior Business Intelligence Manager you are responsible to develop Yokoy’s Business Intelligence strategy and establish it company-wide. This is a crucial position within the CEO Office as Yokoy is committed to data-driven decision taking. The role gives you the unique opportunity to shape and establish Yokoy’s approach to full data integration and transparency, data quality management, and building a corresponding tool landscape. Your work will enable the company to make better decisions and empower stakeholders to understand their business and customers in new ways.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Capture, understand, and synthesize the aggregated Business Intelligence needs of the Management Team into one coherent data strategy and promote a data-driven business culture
- Build up and maintain a company-wide scalable data warehouse/ data lake (including integration of relevant sources such as CRM-, Marketing-, Product-, Engineering-tools, and the company ERP)
- Introduce a user-friendly Data Analytics/ BI tool on top of the data warehouse to provide relevant, real-time data access (dashboards) and insights to the management team
- Create meaningful data insights based on ad hoc requests or strategic/ operational initiatives to improve business performance
- Drive a Business Intelligence roadmap; prioritize business insight requests to balance the tactical and strategic information needs of the business
- Eventually build up and lead a data analytics team to provide business with all relevant insights

**Requirements**:

- Relevant education in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in data warehouse and Data Analytics/ BI tool design and implementation
- Proven track-record of setting up a BI infrastructure from scratch
- Ability to read and interpret data from a business perspective, allowing to answer business questions based on a given data set
- Independent self-starter mindset who likes to grow with (and as fast as) the company, with well-structured ways of working
- Empathetic personality who enjoys integrating various perspectives into one solution
- Fluency in English, German would be an asset
