As Customer Life Cycle Management department we provide Services around our customers for man areas in the organization. One major part is business process digitalization, automation and case management. Therefore we use Pega as a state of the art, low code platform that allows for scalable solutions around all digitalization efforts.

**What to do**:
The department you will work with is composed of internal and external colleagues both near
- and offshore. In CLM we are responsible for the development of, high-quality customer APIs, analysing current processes and digitalize them by using our platform environment servicing all stakeholders that are involved in our business. As part of our team, you will receive thorough training and enablement in the Pega methodology and BA practices.

As a Solution Analyst, your tasks include:

- Analyzing customer requirements and designing fitting solutions
- Supporting in in the resolution of operations incidents
- Collaborating with Business Users across the entire Erste Group in the context of ongoing projects
- Contributing to the maintenance and enhancement of Pega-Workflows and customer solutions throughout the customer lifecycle

- Experience in Quality Assurance and familiarity with Jira/Confluence/Service Now
- Ability to refine business and technical requirements and act as a bridge between technology and business value
- Experience working in a product-driven environment with multicultural teams
- Passion for business processes and continuous learning.
- Proficiency with Pega or willingness to acquire necessary skills
- Familiarity with methods related to processes and requirements
- Strong communication, stress-resilience, and respectful attitude towards others
