**What to do**:
As Business Analyst for Group Risk Solutions, you will be driving IT solutions in the area of credit risk management, compliance and ESG (Environmental Social Governance). You will be responsible for turning business' ideas into tangible concepts.

Together with our creative team you will play a vital role in feasibility studies, transformation and implementation projects. In this role you will prepare requirement specifications for technical implementations, investigate, and understand needs of our business partners. Furthermore, you will analyze new data requirements, create or enhance data-catalogues and specify Data Quality checks. In addition, you will investigate issues, present concise and easy to understand solutions and perform business process analysis to optimize existing ways of working.

**You will check these boxes**:

- Having several years of experience as a business analyst and the ability to see the big picture
- A track record in national and ideally multi-national software development projects
- Excellent analytical and process management skills
- Profound communication and presentation skills
- Ability to write SQL queries and being familiar with data models in general
- Bringing efficiency and flexibility, ability to handle and prioritize parallel tasks
- Being proactive and self-motivated
- Knowing that variety, changing trends, and constantly upgrading your skills is better than any alternative
