**Location***: Wien **Working hours***: Full-time **Occupational Area***: IT **Company***: Erste Digital **Company Description**: **Department Description**: The department Credit Limit Solutions (CLS) is responsible for the Group Solution RICOS. We integrate the Limit Calculation Software of an external vendor and collect all necessary Data from all Erste Group subsidiaries and from various source systems. Our system is running in online and batch and is a business-critical solution. We handle the operational tasks and the ongoing further development of the Solution as well. It covers all roles and responsibilities over the whole software development chain (business analysis, technical analysis, development, test - and release management). To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with technical background **You will be responsible for**: - Turning business' ideas and requests into tangible concepts and requirement specifications for technical implementation - Developing new and optimizing existing processes - Alignment of requirements with depending Solutions from other departments - Organizing and managing the backlog task - Proper documentation in Jira and Confluence - Support of whole software development cycle - Running factory acceptance tests and supporting business acceptance tests - Coordination of integration and component tests - 3rd Level Support for incidents and issues in production **What should you bring to the team**: - Practical experience as Business Analyst with technical background - Experience or training in requirement engineering - Ability to work in complex, multicultural environments with very excellent communication skills - Good organizational skills, analytical skills, process and solution orientation - Proficiency in English - spoken and written - High customer orientation and basic banking knowledge - Technical experience in SQL and Java - Treasury know how is considered as a benefit - University degree or graduation from an institute of higher education (beneficial) **Our Offer**: - We are offering an opportunity to work in a team dedicated to delivering a professional service to the business partner.
