**What to do**:

- Support our agile team in analysis of technical requirements with specialist departments and customers (Erste Bank and Sparkassen)
- Create functional and technical specifications, working with the development team (internal and sourcing partners) to implement, test, and introduce new software components
- Perform technical analysis of existing and extending functions in mainframe-based solutions
- Co-design and set quality standards along the entire product life cycle
- Define and communicate architectural vision and strategy with stakeholders to understand strategic requirements
- Evaluate and choose tools, technologies, and frameworks, considering trade-offs and risks
- Provide technical guidance and feedback to improve capabilities and drive innovation and continuous improvement

**You check these boxes**:

- Several years of experience in software development or software analysis and engineering, ideally in a mainframe environment or with operating system Natural
- Good knowledge of risk management systems and UML modeling in banking
- Extensive knowledge of Agile software development with third-party software validation and integration
- Experience creating specifications in English
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with an emphasis on teamwork, presentation, and moderation abilities
- Excellent MS Office proficiency
- Fluent in German and English
