- ‎- Als Leiter der Abteilung Labormessgeräte führen Sie das Team von Produkt
- und Applikationsspezialisten und bilden gemeinsam mit dem Produktmanagement die Schnittstelle zu Kunde und Vertrieb.**Aufgabenbereich**:

- Operative Führung der Abteilung
- Aktive Mitgestaltung des Innovationsprozesses in der Produkt
- und Applikationsentwicklung durch enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement
- Erarbeitung und Weiterentwicklung von Applikationen
- Erstellung von vertriebsunterstützenden Unterlagen sowie Durchführung von Schulungen
- Allgemeine technische Unterstützung und anwendungstechnische Beratung unserer Kunden und Kollegen in den internationalen Niederlassungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit F&E und Product Engineering im Zuge von Entwicklungsprojekten und Produktpflege
- Verantwortung für die Verifikation und Validierung von Messgeräten/Messdaten
- Anregungen zu Produktverbesserungen

**Anforderungen**:

- Abgeschlossenes technisches und/oder naturwissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium (Chemie, Pharmazie, Lebensmitteltechnologie, o.Ä.)
- Erfahrung in der Pharmabranche von Vorteil
- Starke Kundenorientierung und Kontaktfreude
- Analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamgeist und Zielstrebigkeit
- Hohe Eigenmotivation und Belastbarkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Reisebereitschaft bis max. 5%
