Your territory
**As part of our Hardware team, you will**:
Make sure that our awesome trackers have the right certifications so that pet parents worldwide can enjoy peace of mind
Lead the certification process for our new products together with our external manufacturers and certification partners
Stay up to date with the latest regulatory requirements for our core markets
Support the internal development teams on new product developments and align certification requirements
Keep the technical documentation of our trackers up to date
Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things.”
Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level
**Profile**:
**Key requirements**:
At least 3 years of professional hands on experience in projects in the field of certifications or projects that involve certifications (ideally in the field of wearables)
Knowledge of wireless device testing standards and procedures
Experience with certification labs (worldwide)
Basic technical knowledge is ideal
Willingness to travel 2-4x per year
Very good English skills
