Director, Global Strategic Technology Alliances and

In this role, you grow, develop and build up our technology alliance partner program. We are We’re looking for emphatic and proactive leaders who are interested in working in an international environment.
- You are responsible for **building up, leading, and executing the strategy and integration of our technology alliance partner plans**:

- Facilitate relationships and collaboration between Dynatrace and our technology alliance partners and vendors, **including partner executive leaders,** product managers, engineering, sales, and marketing
- Be responsible for **initial technical scoping and detailed business strategy**:

- Proactively identify, develop, and drive **longer-term strategies **and initiatives to deliver rapid business growth globally in conjunction with technology alliance partners
- Evaluate the **effectiveness of technology alliance partner relationships **and engagements in delivering positive ROI and impact on bottom-line revenue by tracking against business plans
- ** Be the central point of contact and advocacy at Dynatrace**, orchestrating technology alliance partner engagements across our various departments
- ** Growing and developing our technology alliance partner area**, including hiring, training, mentoring and coaching your Team

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent** leadership qualities**, including the ability to inspire and motivate** cross-functional team**:

- Strong experience in **business development** and **managing technology alliance partner** relationships
- Familiar with GTM strategies in the technology/cloud services industry, preferably in the DevOps or Cybersecurity space
- Ability to quickly understand** technical concepts** and explain them to audiences of varying technical expertise
- Preferably: Experience in creating** Technology Alliance Partner Program**:

- Strong** interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality** with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and developers

- Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is €80 000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a **higher salary** in line with qualifications and experience.
