**ROLE**: Campaign Co-ordinator

**LOCATION**: Vienna, Austria

**A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE AND TEAM**

Reporting to the Campaign Partner, We are looking for motivated campaign co-ordinators to provide support to our project teams. You will be assisting our teams with daily needs for the account, translation management, client support and campaign management to name a few.

To ensure success as a Campaign Co-Ordinator, you should possess excellent interpersonal skills, a can-do attitude and outstanding organizational and time-management skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing ongoing support to project teams within print, digital and moving image workstreams.
- Understanding and collecting information of briefed campaigns/projects.
- Activation calendar - data entry of bookings in the production system OMG.
- Collaborating with client to identify correct creative work are assigned and produced.
- Assigning production teams in OMG on campaigns.
- OMG Reporting and status.
- Conducting sales research and identifying new
- Documenting processes and maintaining sales department records.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an advertising production environment will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in office software, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Express.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

**What is Required**:

- Work in true collaboration with our client and be lead support for campaign partner for a seamless successful campaign output
- Working alongside internal and external teams
- Oversee campaigns from the initial stages through to final delivery
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related software
- 3+ years of relevant experience
