With our global presence and commitment to luxury, you'll have the chance to work on exciting projects that will take your career to new heights. **Job Description**: As HR Managerr, you will be part of our HR team in Austria, and you will be responsible for developing, advising, and implementing policies relating to our organisation's staff. You will be responsible for liaising with senior stakeholders to ensure we have the right team balance regarding skills and experience and that training and development opportunities are available. You will be involved in various activities across your business unit, such as equality and diversity, negotiation with external work-related agencies, pay, recruitment and working practices. - Responsible for advising and supporting your business unit on all HR-related issues along the entire employee life cycle (from recruiting to professional offboarding). - Liaise with the Talent Acquisition & Recruiting team, lead the recruiting for your support area and fill key positions for your units independently. - Act as first point of contact for the managers in your units, coach and advise them in the areas in all HR related areas. At the same time, you will always have an open ear for employees and their wishes and concerns. - In control of handling labor law issues as well as personnel administration activities within your units in cooperation with the admin team. - Oversee and monitoring safety regulations in the respective units including the provision of appropriate training. - As a DO & CO brand ambassador, you will contribute to spreading our spirit internally and externally. - Actively participate in various global and national HR projects and support your direct supervisor - the HR Manager Austria - in implementing the HR strategy. **Qualifications**: - Completed studies and at least 5 years of professional experience in a generalist HR function, ideally in the service industry. - Experience in the operational event industry/gastronomy/hotel industry is an advantage - Good knowledge of Austrian labor law, payroll accounting skills - Interest in HR processes, new HR trends as well as HR tools is a prerequisite - You are a proactive, service-oriented personality who likes to work in a team - You work in a solution-oriented and structured manner and bring a strong "hands-on" mentality with you - Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile Additional Information We believe that our employees are the driving force behind our success and strive to create a positive and supportive work environment.
