Lauda Europe, a Maltese Airline part of the Ryanair Group are currently recruiting for a Deputy HR Manager to join Europe's Largest Airline

The role will be based permanently in our Schwechat support office however frequent travel will be required to our operational bases across Europe and our Maltese / Dublin offices.

The Role:

- Supporting and advising management at all levels across the business on HR related matters.
- Co-ordination with, and oversight of, crew management agencies to ensure compliance with Lauda Europe policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports and analysis to support the Lauda Europe HR function.
- Responsibility for employee contracts in designated bases.
- Prompt and efficient responses to employee queries.
- Proactive communications to employees in allocated bases.

**Requirements**:

- The right to work & live in the EU
- HR / Business degree or equivalent
- +2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational & interpersonal skills
- The ability to meet tight deadlines in a pressurised and fast paced environment
- Flexibility and availability to travel
- PC Skills (SAP, Word, Excel, Power point etc)
- And finally, you must be a team player with a good sense of humour
