Votre mission

As HR business partner, optimize organizations and support change management plans, while being continuously engaged in the employee & manager experience.
- Deploy the Group's HR policy within its country, adapting it if necessary, and be responsible of the implement and the appropriation of the defined processes (recruitment, annual appraisal, talent review, C & B, etc.)
- Provide human resources monitoring and advice to the executive leadership team and all managers and employees of the scope, within the framework of the Group HR policy.
- Listen to and influence leaders in the HR strategy of their business, support the economic performance of the company alongside the business in its actions to improve productivity and efficiency. (Rationalization, Excellence, evolution of organizations, KPIs steering, implement & secure processes).
- Actively contribute to the construction Group's HR policy in partnership with the Centers of expertise, and to the life of the global HR community, by participating in transversal projects and by sharing best practices
- Promote new “ways of working” to improve the efficiency of organizations and processes.
- Support the skills development and the career management of employees in its scope, offer managers action plans (internal mobility, skills development, return to performance plan, people review )
- Manage relations with staff representatives and support managers on psycho-social risks
- Manage the budget and control the associated costs, challenge and propose alternative solutions
- Analyse and manage HR performance KPI’s in order to improve the overall performance of organizations (absenteeism, turnover, recruitment times..)
- Lead and supervise the team. Develop skills and manage performance, both individually and collectively
