**Dein Job**
- Das Identifizieren, Bewerten und Analysieren von Risiken ist ein zentraler Bestandteil deiner Arbeit
- Du entwickelst Informationssicherheitsrichtlinien, -verfahren sowie -maßnahmen und definierst Strategien zur Umsetzung der Informationssicherheit
- Die Durchführung von Security Audits und das Management von Zertifizierungen (ISO27001, TISAX, etc.) zählen zu deinen Kernaufgaben
- Du evaluierst und prüfst periodisch die Effektivität der implementierten Maßnahmen, Prozesse, Systeme und adaptierst sie, um rechtliche und regulatorische Anforderungen zu erfüllen
- Die Organisation und Durchführung von Security Awareness Trainings und weiteren Sensibilisierungsmaßnahmen gehört zu deinen Aufgaben
- Du informierst dich über die aktuellen Security Best Practices und kümmerst dich um die daraus resultierenden Änderungen am ISMS

**Das zeichnet dich aus**
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, idealerweise Information Security Schwerpunkt (Bachelor
- oder Masterabschluss)
- Know-How der ISO/IEC 27001 und anderer relevanter Standards
- Zumindest 2-jährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT Security (wenn kein einschlägiger Masterabschluss oder Zertifizierung vorhanden)
- Du hast ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Du bist pro-aktiv und arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und sehr gut organisiert
- Durch deine analytische Denkweise kannst du dein gutes Verständnis der rechtlichen und regulatorischen Anforderungen auf die internen Prozesse umlegen
- Deine Englischkenntnisse (gesprochen und geschrieben) sind sehr gut

**Vergütung**
Gesetzlicher Vergütungshinweis: Wir bieten ein leistungsgerechtes Gehalt von mindestens € 57.300;
