Perfect **That's exactly what we offer** To support our team at **a&o Hostel Graz Hbf** we are **looking for YOU** A hardworking and independent **student **(M/F/x) **for the reception.** We are tlooking for of enrolled students, working students, temporary student workers, university students and technical college students who would enjoy a part-time job in the hostel. **YOUR JOB** - You work in the **Late shift and night shift **at the reception - You are the contact person for our guests during their entire stay and are responsible for check-in and check-out - You answer telephone and personal guest enquiries and provide information about local excursions, sights and additional services - You prepare hot and cold drinks as well as snacks - You ensure cleanliness in the bar and reception area **YOUR PROFILE** - You are looking for a side job (**"geringfügig", so EUR 475,86 tax-free per month**) for a maximum of 6 shifts per month - Should you want to work more than this, please inform us - Educated in tourism or some experience in hospitality - You have perfect manners and a neat appearance - You love guest contact - and you show this at any time of day or night - Organisational talent - Very good **German and English **skills **OUR OFFER** - ** Staff members stays for 1 Euro in all a&o hostels**: - ** Flexible shift scheduling** according to your availability - attractive corporate benefits such as discounted leisure activities and events - subsidized language courses - support for your further education in the form of various trainings - We work in **jeans and a&o polo shi**rt **instead of stiff suits or uniforms - Of course we provide **drinks, fruit and vegetables** on a daily basis - and as hostel staff you can join your team for the warm meals served at the buffet - Short decision-making processes and open communication
