As a Legal Executive Assistant (f/m/d), you will on the one hand support the CEO in administrative tasks, but mainly in the preparation of decision-making material on a strategic level. Experience with contract management and general legal knowledge are a prerequisite here, as are your excellent communication skills and your structured way of working. At the side of the management you will take part in meetings and also support them in terms of content. In this role, you will report directly to the CEO and will also be in close coordination with other teams in our company. This will give you the chance to actively shape the future of Nuki.
**Your Role**:
- You support the CEO of Nuki with operational activities in day-to-day business
- You plan & organize meetings and workshops (incl. preparation of presentations, performing analyses, coordination of follow-ups, etc.)
- You are the primary point of contact for all legal enquiries internally, contract management and are the main contact person to external law firms
- You takeover projects and function as an interface to internal departments as well as to external partners
- You prepare and coordinate supervisory board meetings/materials (incl. meeting minutes)
**Job Requirements**:
- You have a completed law degree or a bachelor's or master's degree in with focus on business law
- Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in the field of (legal) executive assistance or civil and corporate law at a larger corporation or law firm
- You have outstanding organizational skills, a high service orientation and have a structured approach to work
- Your English and German skills are excellent, ideally you speak an additional language
- You are an open and outgoing personality and know how to use your communication skills effectively
- You focus on what is possible, take ownership and go the extra mile
