Technical Assistant to the CEO (f/m/x)
Austria : Graz
- As a Technical Assistant you dive deep into the complexity of Anton Paar. Beside your operational tasks you focus on supporting the CEO in technical, economical and organizational projects and you will be prepared for a management position in Austria or abroad. We are looking for flexible, self-motivated and result-driven personalities with excellent communication skills and confidential and loyal business behavior.**Responsibilities**:

- Project lead or project assistance for technical and economic projects in an international environment (i.e. establishment of sales subsidiary abroad)
- Support in the Executive Office (e.g. coordination of appointments)
- Support of the CEO in day-to-day operations (e.g. preparation of presentations, assistance with budget compilation and audits, creation and analysis of reports)
- Organization and execution of internal international online and offline events and meetings as well as of board meetings
- Interface to internal departments at the headquarters in Graz and to subsidiaries abroad
- Being flexible to take over interim positions within the international organization in combination with travelling or living abroad

**Requirements**:

- Technical Master degree & additional degree in business administration is preferred
- At least 2 years of work experience in a support role, preferably in an international environment
- Fluent in English & German
- Advanced IT knowledge in MS Office is essential, ideally also SAP (SD, FI)
- Willingness to travel internationally, general readiness to work abroad for at least 3 years
- Ability to think analytically and entrepreneurially
- Strong intercultural competence and proactive attitude
- Technical understanding and willingness to learn
