Zu Ihren neuen Aufgaben gehören u.a.:

- **Organisation und Koordination **des gesamten **Bürobereichs**:

- **Front-Office-Tätigkeiten **(Empfang, Telefon, Post)
- **Support **des **Management **s **(Terminkoordination etc.)
- **Verwaltungstätigkeiten **(Office Equipment, Poolcars, Bestellungen)
- Organisation von **Meetings, Firmenveranstaltungen **etc.
- Koordination von **Facility Management-Aktivitäten **(Reparaturen, Alarme, Notfallplan)
- **Reise-Management **(Planung, Buchung und Abrechnung)
- **Project Office support**

Sie erfüllen erfolgreich die Voraussetzungen wenn Sie:

- Eine **kaufmännische Ausbildung auf Maturaniveau **(oder vergleichbar) erfolgreich abgeschlossen haben
- Idealerweise **einschlägige Berufserfahrung **vorweisen können
- Über **fließende Deutsch
- **sowie **sehr gute Englischkenntnisse **verfügen
- Ausgezeichnete **MS-Office **Anwenderkenntnisse, v.a. in Outlook, IE, Excel, Word, mitbringen
