**DEINE AUFGABEN**
**- Du koordinierst und organisierst Termine, Meetings und Geschäftsreisen.
- Du bereitest Informationen auf Managementniveau in Form von Analysen und Präsentationen vor.
- Du agierst als Informations
- und Kommunikationsschnittstelle der Geschäftsführung zu internen und externen Stakeholdern, sowie zwischen Abteilungen und Teams.
- Du bist zuständig für Recherchetätigkeiten und Aufbereitung von relevanten Informationen für die Geschäftsführung.

**DEIN PROFIL**
**- Du passt zu uns, wenn du eine abgeschlossene kfm. Ausbildung oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss mitbringst.
- Du bringst bereits Berufserfahrung bzw. eine hohe Affinität für die Medienbranche und den Sales-Bereich mit.
- Du weißt wie du Prioritäten setzt, bist engagiert und kommunikationsstark.
- Analytisches Denkvermögen, Zahlenaffinität und eigenständiges arbeiten zählen ebenso zu deinen Stärken.
- Du besitzt sehr gute Kenntnisse im MS-Office-Paket (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
