**DEINE AUFGABEN**
**- Du erarbeitest crossmediale Abo-Marketing-Kampagnen und -Projekte für die Neukundenakquise und Bestandskundenpflege von TV-MEDIA.
- Du analysierst und überwachst den Erfolg unserer Marketingkampagnen und leitest entsprechende Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
- Du übernimmst die Steuerung und das Briefing von Agenturen und Dienstleistern.
- Du betrachtest aktiv das Marktgeschehen und entwickelst daraus neue Ideen und Vorschläge für die Neukundengewinnung / Bestandskundenpflege.
- Du bist verantwortlich für Etatführung und -kontrolle.

**DEIN PROFIL**
**- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich klassisches Marketing oder Digitalmarketing mit Fokus auf Kundenakquise.
- Kommunikations
- und umsetzungsstarker Kreativgeist.
- Organisationstalent mit eigenständiger & zuverlässiger Arbeitsweise.
- Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Deutschkenntnisse.
- Innovationsgeschick, strategisches Denken und konzeptioneller Arbeitsstil.
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office.
- Erfahrung mit verschiedenen Marketingkanälen (Print, Newsletter, Google, META).

**- **Gehalt**: Für diese Position gilt ein Jahresgehalt von ca. € 40.000;
