**Do you want to support the Manager Controlling Global Consumer Products in all aspects of Controlling (e.g. monthly reporting, business planning & forecasting) and build strong relationships with the Consumer Product Business and the Headquarter Controlling Team? Then come and join our team**

As a member of a small team of Finance Professionals, you support the Manager Controlling GCP as well as the Business Counterparts strongly in all Controlling and Finance related matters. You are looking for constant improvement opportunities and best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Furthermore, you share insights and new ideas, as well as analysing and highlighting risks and opportunities.

**BUSINESS PARTNERING**

With your service-oriented work approach you create a productive atmosphere but are likewise also ready to challenge your counterparts. You rely on a sound financial knowledge when giving recommendations and facts-based insights.

**MONTH END CLOSING**

You are responsible for the correct Month and Year End Closings of your area of responsibility. Thereby you coordinate topics such as accruals, recharges and outstanding items in cooperation with the Budget Owners.

Furthermore, you make sure that all systems (SAP/BI/Hyperion) are correctly reconciled.

**REPORTING AND ANALYSIS**

You punctually create and send out weekly and monthly reports with a full, highly qualitative and detailed analysis of the results to business budget owners, managers and present them in meetings.

Thanks to your distinct analytical comprehension you excel at working with big datasets and can answer complex questions in a meaningful and insightful manner.

**PLANNING AND FORECASTING**

You coordinate the business plan and revised estimate process for several departments (Design, Product Management, Marketing and Sales).

You support the budget owners during the planning phase.

Furthermore, you acquire a deep understanding for planned projects and provide planning reports and analysis to the business.

**FINANCE PROJECTS**

You strengthen your knowledge for our processes and our system landscape and continuously work at improving existing finance processes as well as the used tools.

Thanks to your deep system understanding, you act as SAP Key User and coordinate technical questions.

Based on your previous experiences you are significantly involved in developing controlling reports and tools, defining new requirements and implementing them with internal counterparts (e.g., IT SAP, Accounting) during projects.

**Qualifications**:
3-5 years experience in Controlling

Experience with SAP R/3 (incl. SD & MM), SAP BI and SAP Analytics Cloud

Excellent MS Office knowledge (Excel) and IT affine personality

Experience in Tax
- and/or Accounting is of advantage

Strong analytical and organizational skills and high self-initiative

Communication talent and open personality

Willingness to work in a dynamic environment

University Degree in Finance/ Business Economics/ Controlling

Fluent in English, German knowledge of advantage

**Additional Information**:
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.367,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
