Dann schnall dich an und komm an Bord als unsere "Assistenz" im Bereich"Global Consumer Products" von Red Bull.** Der Bereich Global Consumer Products entwickelt und vertreibt Merchandising - und Fanartikel für internationale Sport **Stellenbeschreibung**: **Administration, Organisation & Support** In dieser verantwortungsvollen Rolle steuern Sie das Back-Office, erledigen zuverlässig alle anfallenden administrativen Aufgaben und sorgen für eine effiziente Termin - und Reiseplanung sowie Reisekostenabrechnung. Sie agieren als Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Schnittstellen sowie für Geschäftspartner und arrangieren Meetings und Workshops. Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie maßgeblich bei der Vorbereitung von Präsentationen, verfassen Memos und übernehmen das zeitgerechte Follow-Up. **Steuerung des Informationsflusses & Prozessoptimierung** Souverän und mit klarem Blick für Prioritäten koordinieren Sie interne Themen und steuern den Informationsfluss in der Organisation. Dabei halten Sie dem Geschäftsführer stets den Rücken frei. Zusätzlich optimieren Sie Strukturen und Prozesse, um effiziente Workflows zu gewährleisten. **Projektmanagement** Proaktiv unterstützen Sie in diversen strategischen und operativen Agenden und übernehmen auch eigenständig kleinere Projekte. **Qualifikationen**: Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im gehobenen Assistenzbereich in einem internationalen Umfeld Berufserfahrung im Merchandising und/oder Fashionbereich von Vorteil Organisationskompetenz, diskrete und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Service-orientierte, positive, enthusiastische und selbstsichere Persönlichkeit Teamplayer mit hohem Maß an Eigenverantwortung und -motivation Erfahrung im Projekt - und Prozessmanagement von Vorteil Exzellente MS Office Kenntnisse, speziell PowerPoint & Excel **Zusätzliche Informationen**: Aus gesetzlichen Gründen sind wir verpflichtet darauf hinzuweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position bei monatlich € 2.202,00 brutto liegt. Unsere attraktiven Gehaltspakete orientieren sich jedoch an aktuellen Marktgehältern und liegen daher deutlich über dem angegebenen Mindestgehalt.
